Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pura Vida Bracelets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following policy carefully.
Returns
- Eligibility: You may return unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the date you received your order for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@puravidabarcelets.my with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging if possible, or in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Include RA Number: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the return package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product of equal value, you may do so within 30 days of the date you received your order, provided the item is unworn and undamaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@puravidabarcelets.my with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the details of the item you would like (size, color, or the name/product code of the new item).
- Exchange Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions.
- Return of Original Item: You will need to return the original item to us following the same packaging and shipping instructions as for returns (see above). Please include the EA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping of New Item: Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we will ship the requested exchange item to you, subject to availability. You may be responsible for any price difference if the new item is of higher value, as well as any additional shipping costs for the exchanged item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or we made an error:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Items marked as final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) at info@puravidabarcelets.my with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
